Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hopi Ear Candle, Reiki.

I qualified as a reflexologist in 1995. My love of the subject led me to take my advanced examination some 2 years later; the earliest you are able to obtain this qualification. Since then I have continued training with post graduate classes to advanced level in a variety of strands of reflexology e.g. occipital and cranialsacral, meridian therapy, lymphatic stimulation, endocrinology, maternity and auto-immune. My most recent being neurological foot reflexology/praxil vertebrates.

I have taught evening classes and have been asked to teach reflexology at a local college and university.

Whilst practicing reflexology I became interested in Reiki and obtained  my Reiki Master teacher qualification in 2005.

Indian Head Massage was a natural progression for me as it allows me to access the reflexology points on the ears - auricular therapy - and on the face.

During my basic training Hopi Ear Candling was a part of the course thus enabling me to offer this to my clients as well as reflexology.
