Acupuncture

I was inspired to change my career to practice Acupuncture because it had changed my own life profoundly. I previously worked within social work, counselling and adoption. More recently I trained in Natural Nutrition and Naturopathic techniques, having seen what a profound difference these, together with acupuncture made to my daughter in healing from ME.

Areas of particular interest and experience:

Fertility, pre-conceptual care and pregnancy. Treatment has helped many to conceive naturally and helped others through fertility treatments such as IVF. I have 6 years specialist experience working in a fertility clinic.

Nutrition and Naturopathic techniques.

Emotional difficulties, anxiety, depression and stress.

My emphasis is always on maximising health and vitality, on nurturing ourselves and changing those patterns of behaviour or lifestyle which have a damaging effect on our overall health. I am committed to developing professionally and working on my own personal development and self care.
