 One
of the constants in my life has been a
love of nature. The joys of the natural
world experienced first hand whilst
growing up on a small Yorkshire farm,
led me to study environmental science at
university. Afterwards I forged a career
in the sport and leisure field and then,
went on to work in complementary health
care and energy medicine.
Since becoming a
therapist I have cone to understand that
the energy or Qi found in people is the
same energy that governs the natural
world. It is in the balancing of this
life energy that health and harmony can
be achieved in ourselves and in nature.
Complementary therapies such as
acupuncture and the Bowen Technique can
help us attain this balance, in mind,
body and spirit.
